You'll be the first point of contact for residents and guests at a luxury association, handling inquiries, monitoring lobby activity, and providing concierge services. You'll ensure a safe and welcoming environment overnight. This role offers consistent overnight hours and the opportunity to work with a leading HOA management company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer phones and greet visitors in the lobby
• Monitor lobby activity and coordinate on-site personnel
• Assist with room reservation requests
• Document incidents and maintain pass-down logs

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of overnight/graveyard experience
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• 18 years of age or older
