You'll join the Pioneer Crypto Brand in the Philippines to build and optimize trading tools, manage liquidity, and automate processes within our OTC division. You'll collaborate with a diverse team to enhance international trading operations and ensure efficient fund flow. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement trading tools to enhance efficiency.
• Develop liquidity management tools for optimal fund utilization.
• Analyze and optimize flow of funds across accounts.
• Automate repetitive tasks within trading and liquidity management.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Crypto OTC sector, ideally in exchange context.
• Experience nurturing diverse institutional relationships across cultures.
• Proven capability in forming high-performance sales teams.
• Deep enthusiasm for cryptocurrency ecosystem.
