Description

You will drive the development of next-generation Li-Metal and Li-ion batteries by applying your electrochemistry expertise to optimize materials and processes, directly contributing to our mission of accelerating the global energy transition.

Requirements

• PhD in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, or related field
• Deep expertise in electrolyte design for Li-Metal or Li-ion batteries
• Hands-on experience with electrochemical characterization methods (EIS, CV, etc.)
• Proven track record of publications or patents in battery materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize electrolyte materials for high-energy-density Li-Metal and Li-ion batteries
• Design and conduct electrochemical experiments to evaluate battery performance
• Collaborate with AI and materials science teams to integrate machine learning into R&D
• Characterize battery materials using advanced analytical techniques
• Support scale-up and commercialization of new battery technologies
