Description
In this role, you will lead technically complex projects that drive the core engine for private capital infrastructure, simplify complex accounting workflows, and develop features for investor reporting and risk compliance. You will collaborate with product and design teams to build solutions that expand access to ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with Python, Django, React, Postgres, Kafka (or desire to learn)
- Ability to break down complex user stories into actionable tasks with minimal guidance
- Strategic mindset to understand the 'why' behind code and articulate trade-offs to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex technical projects from concept to production
- Identify and implement simplifications to code and infrastructure for measurable business impact
- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate workflow and improve code quality
- Mentor peers through diligent PR reviews and architectural guidance
