🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic oversight of project management across key client portfolios
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and directors
• Oversee project budgets, scopes, timelines, and profitability
• Develop and refine operational processes and tools for cross-functional collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in project management within pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare communications
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex multi-channel campaigns
• Strong leadership and team development skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience with Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana or similar platforms
• Experience in both HCP and DTC spaces
