Description

You will establish and maintain the operating systems that enable curriculum products to move from intake through planning, delivery, launch readiness, and performance reporting with consistency and accountability. This includes owning intake workflows, sprint and milestone cadences, dependency and risk management, launch readiness standards, documentation governance, and KPI reporting infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product operations or program management
• Strong skills in operating rhythm, planning, and portfolio execution
• Experience with Asana, Smartsheet, and Airtable for workflow and tooling governance
• Ability to establish SOPs and templates for planning, execution, launches, and reporting
• Excellent facilitation and decision-support skills

Responsibilities

• Lead department operating cadence including sprint planning, execution reviews, portfolio reviews, and quarterly planning support
• Convert portfolio priorities into executable plans with milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery checklists
• Maintain risk, dependency, and blocker logs; drive resolution by facilitating decision-making
• Provide capacity and resourcing visibility in partnership with Product Management leadership
• Own end-to-end intake operations including request capture, triage, routing, prioritization support, and stakeholder communications
