• Generate new business through prospecting and lead conversion
• Consult clients to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage
• Sell and cross-sell auto, home, life, and commercial policies

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business
• Property & Casualty or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
