💼 About This Role

You'll join the founding team to build our core suite of products, including a React Native mobile app and React/Node.js web apps. You'll partner with the CTO to shape the product roadmap and own key decisions. This role offers the chance to work on real-time job matching algorithms and AI-powered worker vetting pipelines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and review high-quality code for React Native, React, and Node.js apps.
• Architect core systems like real-time job matching and AI vetting pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs.
• Implement CI/CD workflows with Docker and GitHub Actions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, React, Node.js, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker.
• Experience in early-stage engineering and working through ambiguity.
• Passion for helping people find meaningful work.

• Desire to learn or experience with React Native.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools.
• Background in ML or AI agents.
