๐ผ About This Role
You'll join our Technical Delivery team to solve technical issues and provide stellar customer service on security and identity products. You'll shape future product development by listening to customer challenges and providing feedback to Product and R&D. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week in one of our offices.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues for customers
- Develop in-depth knowledge of 1-2 Semperis products
- Monitor Support Queue to ensure SLA compliance
- Create Knowledge base articles regularly
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years in enterprise IT or software organization
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
- Past customer-facing role as support engineer or sysadmin
- Proven troubleshooting abilities
