💼 About This Role

You'll lead business development and client relationship efforts for CIM Group's institutional investors in the U.S. and Canada. Your core impact will be raising capital for real estate, infrastructure, and credit investments. This role is location-agnostic and offers the chance to work remotely or from major U.S. offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote CIM's investment products to institutional investors.
• Articulate investment strategies and competitive advantages.
• Serve as primary contact for existing investors.
• Develop relationships with new prospective investors.
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic outreach.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• 10+ years industry experience with 5+ years institutional fundraising.
• Track record of raising capital from institutional investors.

✨ Nice to Have

• CFA, MBA, or additional industry credentials.
• Strong understanding of real estate and private markets.
