You'll advise product and engineering teams on global privacy and data protection laws while supporting the evolution of the company's privacy program. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise product and engineering teams on data privacy requirements
• Support privacy impact assessments and identify potential risks
• Draft and negotiate privacy provisions in customer and vendor agreements
• Assist with AI governance and cross-functional privacy initiatives

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4–6+ years of privacy counseling experience in tech or law firm
• Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Security teams

✨ Nice to Have

• CIPP or other privacy certification
• B2B SaaS product experience
• Experience with AI and cloud technologies
