Description

You will own the planning and implementation of our Payroll chapter, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with country-specific regulations. You'll lead the Payroll team, manage relationships with third-party providers, and develop best practices and KPIs for the team.

Requirements

• Large experience in regional/global payroll operations
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing third-party payroll services
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English, strong automation and AI capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Payroll team
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local regulations
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters
• Stay updated on international payroll laws and ensure compliance
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics
