You'll lead the conversion-focused patient experience for a women's health platform. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless discovery-to-first-visit flows. This new role connects Marketing and Product with a dedicated Growth Pod.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the patient journey.
- Run A/B testing roadmap for website and new user flow.
- Own web conversion experience using headless CMS Prismic.
- Lead site redesigns and manage project timelines.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science for data instrumentation.
๐ Requirements
- 3โ10+ years of PM experience in conversion optimization or growth pods.
- Proven track record in D2C funnels or growth.
- Comfortable with headless CMS, Mixpanel, and A/B testing platforms.
- Experience with quantitative analysis and user research.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in healthtech consumer products.
- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like SMS/email.
- UX/design sensibility and high quality bar.
