You'll lead the conversion-focused patient experience for a women's health platform. Your core impact will be ensuring seamless discovery-to-first-visit flows. This new role connects Marketing and Product with a dedicated Growth Pod.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the patient journey.
  • Run A/B testing roadmap for website and new user flow.
  • Own web conversion experience using headless CMS Prismic.
  • Lead site redesigns and manage project timelines.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science for data instrumentation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“10+ years of PM experience in conversion optimization or growth pods.
  • Proven track record in D2C funnels or growth.
  • Comfortable with headless CMS, Mixpanel, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and user research.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthtech consumer products.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like SMS/email.
  • UX/design sensibility and high quality bar.
