You'll lead measurement and build self-service tools for Airbnb's international growth strategy. You'll partner with regional teams and leverage data to drive decisions on supply, demand, and marketing. This role offers a greenfield opportunity to shape how global teams make data-driven decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain self-service analytics dashboards
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks
• Support measurement for local marketing programs
• Analyze international market data to identify growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in data science, analytics, or BI
• Expert SQL; proficiency in Python or R
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and causal inference
• Experience building self-service data products for non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Supply/demand or geo-based analytics experience
• Growth marketing analytics (SEM, paid social)
• Familiarity with MMM, attribution, or campaign measurement frameworks
