You'll own and scale security across a fast-paced AI startup, embedding security into engineering, product, and operations. You'll act as the primary security advisor to the executive team, balancing speed, trust, and risk. This is a builder role for someone who understands modern threat landscapes and AI development cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute end-to-end security strategy across application, infrastructure, data, people, and physical security
• Design and oversee security controls for AI systems, including model access and data provenance
• Lead compliance readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer security reviews
• Build a security-first culture with lightweight policies for a startup environment

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in security leadership roles in startup or high-growth environments
• Experience securing cloud-native, AI-driven, or data-intensive platforms
• Proven ability to build security systems from scratch in ambiguous conditions
• Prior experience engaging with enterprise customers on security matters
