In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of product-training initiatives, from problem definition to production. You'll build rapidly, ship often, and iterate based on feedback, focusing on driving user success through embedded learning, intelligent onboarding, and in-product education. Your work ensures that training and product usage reinforce each other, improving activation, adoption, and retention.

• Experience in hybrid builder/maker/product thinker role
• Thrive in ambiguity and care about real-world impact
• Strong skills in product development and iteration
• Familiarity with learning platforms and user provisioning
• Experience with data integrity and identity mapping
