💼 About This Role

You'll join a dynamic team responsible for hardware system architecture, design, and testing for Peloton products. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive mechanical design robustness and manufacturability across the entire product lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on sustaining initiatives for quality, reliability, and margin improvements
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings for components and assemblies
• Perform engineering analysis including tolerance stack and manufacturability
• Write and execute test plans and document results

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of mechanical design experience
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with core manufacturing methods (sheet metal, injection molding, etc.)
• Proficient in Solidworks or other 3D MCAD

✨ Nice to Have

• Design of Experiments (DOE) competency
• CAE experience (FEA, Dynamic Simulation, Thermal)
• Experience with Windchill PLM
