๐ผ About This Role
You'll architect the team that takes Usul to IPO, building systems, culture, and hiring machines for a fast-growing govtech startup. You will own the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing to closing exceptional candidates. This role offers a chance to build from scratch in a high-impact defense tech company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own full talent lifecycle end-to-end including sourcing and closing
- Build recruiting infrastructure: ATS, workflows, interview processes
- Partner with founders to deeply understand each role and find top talent
- Design and run structured, high-signal interview processes
- Own employee onboarding and 90-day ramp plans
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years in recruiting or people ops at an early-stage startup
- Hands-on sourcer who has personally found and closed hard-to-hire candidates
- Strong instincts for culture fit and high-performance hiring
- Operator mentality: builds systems and processes that scale
