You'll architect the team that takes Usul to IPO, building systems, culture, and hiring machines for a fast-growing govtech startup. You will own the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing to closing exceptional candidates. This role offers a chance to build from scratch in a high-impact defense tech company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own full talent lifecycle end-to-end including sourcing and closing
  • Build recruiting infrastructure: ATS, workflows, interview processes
  • Partner with founders to deeply understand each role and find top talent
  • Design and run structured, high-signal interview processes
  • Own employee onboarding and 90-day ramp plans

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years in recruiting or people ops at an early-stage startup
  • Hands-on sourcer who has personally found and closed hard-to-hire candidates
  • Strong instincts for culture fit and high-performance hiring
  • Operator mentality: builds systems and processes that scale
