Description

You will develop and deliver technical training programs for GSI partners, focusing on deploying and managing Okta solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product updates and address skill gaps, while continuously improving content based on learner feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical enablement or training, preferably with SaaS or identity solutions
• Hands-on experience deploying Okta or similar identity management solutions
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, technically complex training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, making technical topics accessible
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training sessions to GSI partners on deploying and managing Okta solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, hands-on labs, and virtual modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with product updates and best practices
• Partner with deployment teams to create targeted training programs addressing skill gaps
• Gather learner feedback to improve training effectiveness and content quality
