You'll own end-to-end quality for Vapi's voice agent platform, working on the cutting edge of AI. You'll define how we test a non-deterministic product and have outsized impact on customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy assistants on Vapi, run live calls and simulations.
• Own release testing for a major product area and gate it.
• Improve automated coverage and partner on test strategy.
• Extend testing practices and contribute patterns for the team.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in QA, SDET, or test engineering.
• Hands-on with Playwright or equivalent e2e framework.
• Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript for extending test suites.
• Experience testing distributed systems with real failure modes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in voice AI or conversational AI.
• Experience with LLM evals or testing non-deterministic systems.
• Worked on a developer-facing product like APIs or SDKs.
