You'll lead a high-impact revenue team at Motive, managing complex ASC 606 compliance and scaling processes for a fast-growing physical operations platform. Your work optimizing quote-to-cash systems will directly impact nearly 100,000 customers across industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 6+ revenue professionals
• Manage revenue close and external auditor review
• Interpret ASC 606 and GAAP for complex contracts
• Partner with Deal Desk on contract structuring

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of revenue recognition experience (5+ as manager)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and RevPro
• Detailed knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue rules

• Public accounting experience and CPA preferred
• Experience driving Quote-to-Cash process improvements
