💼 About This Role

You'll lead the EMEA tax team for Unity, focusing on direct and indirect tax operations, compliance, and process automation. Your core impact will be ensuring tax reporting accuracy and driving innovation across the region. This role offers the opportunity to shape global tax strategies for a leading game engine company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate VAT, CIT, and other tax compliance for EMEA entities
• Prepare and review US GAAP tax provisions and deferred tax positions
• Drive process innovation and automation in tax compliance
• Provide strategic support for tax audits and dispute resolutions

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/Tax or equivalent qualification
• 7+ years indirect and direct tax experience in Big 4 or multinational
• 2+ years people management experience
• Knowledge of EMEA VAT, CIT, and US GAAP tax accounting

• Experience with insourcing efforts
• Proficiency in Workday, Alteryx, Onesource, or similar tools
• Management skills to develop and mentor a team
