💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair in student housing, ensuring safety and functionality of building systems. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property preservation. You'll use building automation systems to log service requests and complete preventative tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log service requests and completed work in BAS, Entrata, and CMMS systems
• Perform physically demanding maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete turnover preparations

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC certification or EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, III)
• Valid driver's license

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or willingness to obtain within six months
• Experience with Entrata, CMMS, or BAS
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
