Description

You will lead customer expansion initiatives for Shopmonkey's SMB segment, building relationships and driving upsells and cross-sells of additional licenses, add-ons, and new products. This is a hybrid role in Larkspur, California, with in-office expectations 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience at a technology company with top performance
  • Experience managing month-to-month and multi-annual contracts with multiple products
  • Ability to understand technology platform and build relationships with varying technical savvy
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% for onsite client visits

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain pipeline of high-quality opportunities within SMB customer base
  • Define and execute new sales strategies to showcase Shopmonkey's impact
  • Drive deeper software adoption, upsell, and cross-sell products and services
  • Communicate accurate forecast information to management using CRM
  • Empathize with customers and recommend tailored solutions
