Description

You will lead a sales team to bring a single-gene NIPT test to OBGYNs and MFMs in LA North. You'll develop strategies, hire and train reps, and contribute to how the test evolves to serve market needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years field sales management in molecular diagnostics/genetics, women's health or prenatal
• Strong experience hiring, coaching, and motivating sales teams
• Proven successful sales track record (e.g., President's Club)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a startup environment and build a new territory

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven sales strategy and business plan for LA North region
• Build and lead a team of high-performing sales reps
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop representatives
• Develop customized pitches to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors
• Analyze sales results, identify trends, and stay abreast of competition
