💼 About This Role

You'll own the quality bar for off-road autonomy, legged, and humanoid robotics stacks at Field AI. You'll implement scalable scenario-based testing, build CI pipelines, and lead field validations. This role stands out for its focus on measurable safety and real-world impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end V&V for autonomy stacks across vehicle and robot platforms
• Build SIL/HIL pipelines for continuous regression and performance tracking
• Develop realistic adversarial scenarios using simulation and digital twins
• Plan and execute structured field validations for off-road and humanoid use cases

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years in software or robotics V&V, QA, or test infrastructure
• Strong coding in Python and/or C/C++ for test harnesses and automation
• Hands-on with ROS/ROS 2 and robotics logging/telemetry workflows
• Experience designing SIL/HIL setups and scenario-based testing at scale

• Domain experience in off-road autonomy (unstructured terrain, slip dynamics)
• Experience with legged/humanoid robots (whole-body control, contact/force validation)
• Deep simulation chops: Isaac Sim, Gazebo custom scenario engines
