You'll manage a portfolio of solar energy projects from development through construction support, working with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and project milestones. You'll drive standardization and efficiency across multiple projects while mitigating technical risks and reporting performance metrics to leadership. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of solar projects through technical review process
• Track portfolio performance metrics (cost, schedule, risk, quality)
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and project bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for engineering efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related)
• 3+ years of experience in solar or renewable energy engineering
• Strong understanding of PV system design (electrical, structural, civil)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with utility-scale and/or C&I solar portfolios
• Knowledge of energy storage systems (BESS) integration
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar
