💼 About This Role

You'll join a startup aerospace team developing a fifth-generation business jet. You'll build and manage supplier quality programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and product excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage the Supplier Quality Management System.
• Write and maintain supplier quality documentation and procedures.
• Conduct supplier audits, source inspection, and FAI.
• Coordinate supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and verify effectiveness.
• Analyze supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering in aerospace/aviation.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 and aerospace supplier quality requirements.
• Experience developing and writing supplier quality procedures and manuals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Lead Auditor Certification (AS9100 or ISO 9001).
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, FAI, and advanced quality planning tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and quality management systems.
