You'll be the first line of defense for troubleshooting and issue resolution for Tabs' merchants, an AI-native revenue platform. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and identify recurring trends. This role stands out for its high-impact, fast-paced environment and focus on merchant success and proactive issue prevention.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve complex support issues via email, Slack, and chat.
- Own ticket triage and prioritization.
- Troubleshoot invoicing, payments, and integration issues.
- Identify patterns and provide actionable insights to Product & Engineering.
๐ Requirements
- 1-5 years in support or customer success, preferably SaaS or fintech.
- Technical aptitude with API, ERP, or payment troubleshooting.
- Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex topics.
- Experience with ticketing systems like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Pylon.

- Accounting knowledge.
- SQL or data querying experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup.
