You'll be the first line of defense for troubleshooting and issue resolution for Tabs' merchants, an AI-native revenue platform. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and identify recurring trends. This role stands out for its high-impact, fast-paced environment and focus on merchant success and proactive issue prevention.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve complex support issues via email, Slack, and chat.
  • Own ticket triage and prioritization.
  • Troubleshoot invoicing, payments, and integration issues.
  • Identify patterns and provide actionable insights to Product & Engineering.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-5 years in support or customer success, preferably SaaS or fintech.
  • Technical aptitude with API, ERP, or payment troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex topics.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like HubSpot, Zendesk, or Pylon.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Accounting knowledge.
  • SQL or data querying experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup.
