💼 About This Role

You'll join our Skilled Nursing team providing one-on-one care to pediatric and adult clients in their homes. You'll build meaningful relationships and witness client milestones while performing assessments and implementing care plans.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
• Follow up and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing
• CPR certified
