💼 About This Role

You'll lead the PMO's senior-most program for Torc's autonomous truck development, synthesizing execution across technical, commercial, and operational domains into a coherent delivery system. You'll manage dual horizons: delivering near term demonstrations while maintaining long-term focus toward start of production. This role is one of the most consequential program management roles in the autonomous vehicle industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own integrated program plan for autonomous truck development.
• Manage delivery of program objectives cross-functionally.
• Drive KPI and SPI governance and reporting.
• Facilitate risk reviews and dependency management.
• Lead executive stakeholder reporting and program reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of program management experience in complex technical environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, program management, business, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs with multiple delivery horizons.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with board-level material authorship.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, aerospace, robotics, or defense.
• Familiarity with safety-critical product development governance.
• PMO mentoring and standards development experience.
