Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- No prior loan originator license revocation
- No felony conviction within 7 years or involving fraud, dishonesty, or breach of trust
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license
- 3+ years active full-time licensed lending experience and 45+ first lien residential mortgages in past 5 years
Responsibilities
