💼 About This Role

You'll own supplier component development and manufacturing scale-up for Zipline's autonomous drone delivery system. Your work directly enables life-saving deliveries across four continents. This role offers high visibility and impact in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own component development qualification activities at suppliers
• Lead supplier manufacturing process development and launch readiness
• Guide suppliers in robust process development for electrical components
• Drive improvements using Lean and SPC methodologies

📋 Requirements

• 2-15+ years in Supplier Quality or Industrialization Engineering
• Experience launching complex components from prototype to mass production
• Knowledge of First Article Inspection and PPAP requirements
• Experience with Quality System standards (AS9100/ISO9001/IATF16949)

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced technical degree
• First principles problem-solving (8D, 5-Why)
• Technical expertise in PCBA, composites, or injection molding
