💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch. You'll help train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and meet sales targets while being part of a company that donates meals to Feeding America. Use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and cover the sales floor when the manager is away.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Step in and provide leadership support when Manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
