Description

You will handle client data entry in the agency management system, manage the Indio renewal process, upload insured policies into EPIC and Passport, and assist with special projects and training on technical platforms. This role supports outsourced workflows and creates template documents for Epic.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a professional office environment
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Service oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to gain insurance knowledge
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days per week
