You will manage a lease portfolio across multiple European jurisdictions as a trusted legal partner to operations, finance, and asset management teams. This hands-on role combines deep legal expertise with a focus on process improvement and legal tech, requiring you to own post-signing lease management, ensure compliance, negotiate agreements, and provide pragmatic business advice.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-signing management of lease agreements across your portfolio
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, deadlines, and rights (e.g., rent adjustments, options, guarantees)
• Lead negotiation and drafting of lease-related agreements (e.g., amendments, subleases, side agreements)
• Act as primary legal contact for General Managers, Operations, Asset Management, and Finance, providing pragmatic advice on real estate matters
• Develop guidelines, playbooks, and standardized processes to ensure consistent and scalable handling of legal matters
