💼 About This Role

You'll design resilient systems and build observability tooling for a fintech platform serving millions. Your work directly reduces on-call burden and improves incident response processes. You'll help shape reliability practices as part of a world-class engineering team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design systems with resilience and graceful degradation.
• Define and measure SLOs and SLIs that reflect customer experience.
• Build observability using Datadog, CloudWatch, and alerting.
• Improve incident lifecycle from detection to blameless follow-up.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in SRE or Software Engineering
• Hands-on coding in Python and/or Go
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Fluency in SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and MTTR

• Leadership and mentorship experience
• AI-assisted development and operational tooling
• Experience with incident.io or similar platforms
