You'll manage strategic enterprise client relationships in the fraud prevention and compliance space, driving account growth and product adoption. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical challenges into solutions for a remote-first global team.

  • Own and manage strategic enterprise client relationships
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities
  • Lead implementation and onboarding for successful go-live
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or fraud prevention
  • Enterprise account management experience
  • Technical aptitude including API integrations
  • Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with BigQuery, Metabase or similar BI tools
  • Knowledge of Brazilian financial ecosystem
