You'll manage strategic enterprise client relationships in the fraud prevention and compliance space, driving account growth and product adoption. You'll act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical challenges into solutions for a remote-first global team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own and manage strategic enterprise client relationships
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell opportunities
- Lead implementation and onboarding for successful go-live
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS, fintech, or fraud prevention
- Enterprise account management experience
- Technical aptitude including API integrations
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with BigQuery, Metabase or similar BI tools
- Knowledge of Brazilian financial ecosystem
