💼 About This Role

You'll define the GTM technology strategy at Replit, owning CRM and CPQ as the company scales toward a billion-dollar revenue organization. You'll lead a team and partner with Finance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure public company controls and compliance. You'll build scalable systems that support complex enterprise sales motions and board-level reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the roadmap for CRM and CPQ platforms
• Own Salesforce platform strategy and architecture
• Partner with Finance and Legal on billing and revenue recognition
• Establish SOX-ready systems and controls

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in GTM systems or revenue operations
• 7+ years in a leadership role managing teams
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture
• Experience with quote-to-cash processes and downstream financial workflows

• Active Replit user
• Experience at a high-growth SaaS company
• Familiarity with modern revenue tech stacks like Stripe, Metronome, Workday Financials
