💼 About This Role

You'll engage members via phone, video, and text, supporting their recovery using a technology-enabled peer support model. You'll develop wellness plans and coordinate with care teams. This role offers remote work and a chance to help shape digital interventions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage a roster of members via scheduled calls, texts, and digital support groups
• Develop wellness plans in collaboration with members and care teams
• Coordinate with Marigold staff, family, and other care providers
• Document work in record systems according to standards

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year as a Peer Specialist or Recovery Coach
• Certification as a Certified Peer Specialist in Delaware
• Reliable internet access in a private space
• Comfort operating a smartphone and computer

• Experience delivering peer support digitally (e.g. social media)
• Fluency in Spanish
