💼 About This Role

You'll lead program-level reporting strategy for large heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, bridges, and transit. You'll develop and enforce reporting policies and ensure timely, accurate deliverables for executive leadership. This role offers the opportunity to drive reporting automation using Power BI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and enforce reporting policies and procedures
• Define enterprise and program-level reporting structures
• Coordinate with project teams to gather and quality-check inputs
• Prepare executive and board reporting deliverables

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• 7+ years leading reporting on large infrastructure programs
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Experience managing reporting teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in related field
• Experience with Primavera P6
• Integrated cost/schedule/risk reporting experience
