Description

You will plan and supervise projects from inception to completion, managing budget, schedule, risk, and resources while collaborating with owners, architects, and contractors. Your role involves contract administration, financial management, and ensuring project objectives are met.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management or construction management
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to completion
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Represent Lincoln with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities and Contractors
• Solicit project team members/bids, review and analyze submissions, negotiate contracts
• Develop and present project plan, budgets, and schedule
• Manage project financials including cost reporting, monthly requisitions, and change orders
• Attend and manage weekly OAC project and subcontractor meetings
