You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations and sales targets. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store, covering sales floor when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Love for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of fashion and music trends.
