• Execute core bakery operations including inventory, scheduling, and admin checklists
• Maintain product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff
• Manage bakery operations independently when BOM is absent

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
