You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for fellow music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers the opportunity to work with iconic pop culture merchandise in a fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandise mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
