Description

You will lead a team of technicians in the production and delivery of cutting-edge defense technology products. Your role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering a collaborative team culture while working hands-on in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing/supervising in high-volume production
• Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and manufacturing fundamentals
• Full understanding of product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing, and change management
• Ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, schematics, etc.)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery through acceptance testing
• Set priorities, direct daily operations, and clear blockers for production team
• Ensure safety procedures and standard work tasks are followed; drive safety improvements
• Complete transactions in NetSuite/JIRA; maintain accurate inventory levels
• Lead daily communication with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality)
