💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our go-to-market teams, owning reporting, tooling, and process design that keeps Sales, Marketing, and CS running cleanly. You'll also build Claude-powered workflows and train teammates on AI tools to drive efficiency. This hybrid role is based in our Westchase, FL office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Vitally
• Track GTM tool adoption and run regular audits
• Build Claude-powered automations for operational problems
• Serve as primary GTM Operations point of contact

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM analytics role
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tool to build workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Vitally, Gainsight, or another CS platform
• Exposure to SQL or basic data querying
• Experience supporting a Sales/GTM team through rapid scaling
