💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Data Engineer at Tabs, building the core data infrastructure that powers internal KPIs, customer insights, and AI systems. You'll design and implement the foundational data platform for long-term analytical scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement a scalable data warehouse/lakehouse for KPIs
• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines from databases and third-party tools
• Translate business metrics into concrete data models and schemas
• Implement monitoring, data quality checks, and observability around pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Solid programming skills in Python
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics data modeling
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting BI tools and designing semantic layers
• Experience in B2B SaaS, especially around revenue and customer health metrics
• Prior experience as an early data hire in a fast-growing startup
