💼 About This Role

You'll lead Aircall's Security Engineering team, spanning Product Security, Infrastructure Security, Detection & Response, and GRC. You'll scale the team through high-impact AI engineering across all four pillars, partnering with Engineering, Product, Legal, IT, and Finance to embed security deeply across the company. This role offers the chance to drive pragmatic security outcomes in a fast-growing, AI-powered communications platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and threat modeling.
• Lead incident response, tabletop exercises, and post-mortem reviews.
• Manage Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP).
• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and exception processes.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in security engineering.
• 3+ years in an engineering management or technical lead role with direct reports.
• Deep technical fluency across at least two of the four security pillars.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK).

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or cloud-communications company.
• Experience with Agentic AI practices in security engineering workflows.
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty.
