You'll define and drive the partner marketing strategy across the US and Canada for the fastest-growing cloud security startup, Wiz. You'll lead a team to deliver measurable pipeline growth through ecosystems of Distributors, National Resellers, and Global System Integrators, and manage the distribution model and MDF allocation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define annual/quarterly partner marketing strategy for AMER region
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Partner Marketing Managers
• Architect and manage distribution model and distributor marketing strategy
• Oversee AMER partner marketing budget and ensure ROI

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in partner/channel marketing
• At least 3+ years in a people management role
• Proven track record managing marketing through Distributors, National Resellers, and Global System Integrators
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS/Enterprise technology landscape

• MBA preferred
• Experience managing or launching a 2-tier distribution marketing model
• Cybersecurity or Cloud security background
